1. From each fat quarter of Watercolor by Number fabric: cut four 4-1/2" squares and sixteen 1-1/2" x 2-1/2" strips.
2. From both yellow and white fabrics, cut ten 1" x 44" strips. Sew each white strip lengthwise to a yellow strip. From these pieced strips cut a total of one-hundred and sixty 1-1/2" x 2-1/2" white/yellow sections. To the white side of each section sew one of the 1-1/2" x 2-1/2" Watercolor by Number pieces. Make four of each Watercolor by Number pinwheel blocks.

3. Lay out all the 4-1/2" squares and pinwheel blocks as shown in diagram at top. Stitch blocks into rows then sew rows together.
4. Cut five 6-1/2" x 44" dark green strips for border. Sew a border strip to right and left sides, press and trim excess. Cut one strip into two equal lengths then sew the half strips end-to-end with the remaining two full-length strips. Add these to the top and bottom of quilt, press and trim excess.
5. Layer backing, batting and quilt top. Baste and quilt as desired.
6. Cut five 2-1/2" dark green strips and use to bind quilt.
